The tournament is sanctioned by the Asian Bowling Federation/World Bowling and will be conducted under World Bowling Rules and Regulation. The 43rd Thailand Open is also an Asian Ranking Tournament and will serve as the qualifying round for the Thailand leg of the ABF Tour 2017, which will take place on April 16, 2017. The top 16 Asian men and top 16 Asian women in the Open Masters Final will be eligible to participate is this tour.

The Official Hotel has been reverted back to Chaophya Park Hotel Bangkok. The room rate is the same: Thai Baht 2,100 (approx. US$60.00) inclusive of services charges and tax. The offer includes breakfast and transportation. This rate will only apply when reservations are made through our Association.

We will give priorities to overseas and out of state bowlers on the last 5 qualifying days. However, to ensure your preferred squad schedules, we encourage that you send your confirmations at your earliest convenience.
