It gives us great pleasure to invite your bowlers to participate in the 8th DIBC Open Bowling Tournament 2020 scheduled on March 8 - 14, 2020 at Dubai International Bowling Centre, Al Mamzar, Dubai, UAE has been postponed due to the outbreak and uncertainty of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
Qualifying Rounds start on March 8 for local players with the final week prioritized for overseas bowlers. The tournament Rules & Regulations, Prize Structure and Squad Schedule can be downloaded here. Room rates are quoted in UAE Dirham, per room per night:
- Room rates are inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee, 10% Service Charge and 5% VAT.
- Room rates are inclusive of Tourism Dirham fee AED 20.00 per occupied room per night.
- Room rates are inclusive of 3 pieces of laundry per person per day.
- Hotel reserves the right to amend the rates should the number of rooms decrease from initial inquiry.
- Rates are applicable for the above-mentioned group/dates only.
- Please note check that our check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- The above rateds are non-commissionable.
- Extra bed rate is AED 80 Room only per night per person and AED 130 inclusive of breakfast per night per person.
Rooming List:
- The hotel should receive the participants rooming list at least 14 days prior to the arrival of the group.
- On receipt of the rooming list, rooms not utilized will be returned to the general availability of the hotel and cancellation policies will apply.
- The rooming list must state guest's names and room category required according to this agreement.
- All changes and cancellations can be made verbally and then confirmed in writing.
