Greetings from the Guam Bowling Congress, Hafa Adai! It gives me great pleasure to extend my humble gratitude to the members of the World Tenpin Bowling Association for their vote of confidence in allowing us the privilege to host the 8th edition of the World Tenpin Bowling Youth Championship.

With this, we would like to invite all member countries of the WTBA to join us during the hosting of this prestigious event scheduled for the period of July 28 through August 8, 2004 at the Central Lanes Bowling Center, Tamuning Guam.

The members of the Guam Bowling Congress will work steadfast to ensure the requirements of the WTBA are satisfied. We will strive to ensure that our young aspirants enjoy the competitive atmosphere brought about during championships and hope that they will leave with an ever lasting experience of the beautiful surroundings our island-friendly atmosphere has to offer.
