Message from Qatar Bowling Federation

27th June, Doha: Following the recent incident on June 23, 2025, involving a missile launched toward the Al Udeid Air Base (U.S. airbase) in Qatar, we would like to reassure everyone that the situation was swiftly and professionally managed. The missile was successfully intercepted, resulting in no damage or casualties.

Thanks to the rapid and coordinated response of the competent authorities, all necessary precautions were taken without delay. The affected airspace was temporarily closed as a security measure but was reopened and returned to normal operations within just a few hours. Flight schedules and all related services have since continued without interruption.

Qatar authorities have confirmed that there is no ongoing threat, and security protocols remain in place to safeguard all residents, citizens, and tourists in Qatar. We are pleased to announce that life has fully returned to normal, and there is no cause for concern.

We encourage everyone to continue with their usual activities confidently. Qatar remains a safe and secure destination for all.

For any questions or clarifications regarding this matter, please contact Mr. Danny Santos of the Asian Bowling Federation through his email. He will be glad to provide further information or assistance as needed. Thank you for your attention and continued trust.
