    30th July: Asian No. 1 ranked, Shalin Zulkifli, four-times World champion, Paeng Nepomuceno bags the Pre-Asian Games Storm Cup Korea Open Masters titles at Homeplus Asia Bowling Centre in Busan, Korea. Click here for more details

    6th July: Cha Mi Jung of Korea wins Gold in the Women Masters while Zhang Ye scores China's first Gold in the Men's event on the final day of the 17th Asian Tenpin Bowling Championship at SCAA Bowling Centre, Hong Kong. Click here for more details
    CGU ABT Philippines Leg
    17th June: The third leg of the 2002 CGU Asian Bowling Tour came to a climactic end today at the Pearl Bowling Center in Manila, Philippines, with the Philippines’ Purvis Granger emerging champion in the Men’s Division while Wang Yu Ling from Chinese Taipei winning in the Women’s Division.     31st Boysen-Philippines Open
    15th June: Malaysia's top National bowler, Shalin Zulkifli grabs second Masters title of the year winning the 31st Boysen-PBC Philippines Open at Green Vally Country Club, Pasiq City while the men's title goes to local, Frederick Ong. Click here for more details
    ABF New Mellinnium Symposium
    10th June: The ABF New Mellinnium Symposium to be held at SCAA Bowling Centre, Hong Kong from the 5th - 7th July, 2002 will feature a one-day bowling seminar and a Bowling Expo. Information and registration details are available. Click here for more details
    World Ranking Masters 2002
    29th May: Singapore retained the World Ranking Masters women's title when Jennifer Tan emerged the champion while European ranked No. 1, Gery Verbruggen of Belgium also became the World No. 1 after taking the men's crown. Click here for more details
    Aalborg Int'l Open 2002
    26th May: Sami Konsteri of country Finland took the inaugural tournament title at Lovvang Bowling Centre, Aalborg, Denmark. Sami defeated 1997 AMF World Cup champion, Tseng Su-Fen of Chinese Taipei in the 215 - 180+8 in the third and deciding game for the win. Click here for more details
