27th June, Macau: Zhu Jun He of China and Huang Hsin Tsen of Chinese Taipei took honors after capturing the Men's Grade A and Women's Graded Masters titles of the 2025 Macao-China International Open on Friday evening.

Chen Yun Lin of Chinese Taipei started well with 225 to lead the field of 18 finalists followed by compatriot, Chiang Chao Kun in second and two more Taiwanese, Chuang Min Chieh and Lee Yu Fung sharing third spots. Chen only managed 171 to drop down the field as Zhu added 248 to his 205 opener to take over the running.

Chuang downed 222 to move into second while Lee shot 213 to stay third. Zhu rolled 206 to remain in the lead as both the Taiwanese shot identical 224 and continued to trail the Chinese.

Zhu was the most consistent in the field with 204, 213 and 205 in the second half of the finals to capture the title with 1281. Chuang and Lee traded second spot between them but Chuang eventually held on to second position with 1261. Lee settled for third position with 1256 while two additional Taiwanese, Wu Hong Chin and Chen Yung Shen rounded out the top five with 1244 and 1224 respectively.

In the Women's Graded division, Huang Hsin Tsen of Chinese Taipei, had earlier competed in the Women's Open Round 1 finals and finishing a creditable sixth to advance to the next round. Huang had a decent start in her opening game but picked up her pace in the second and third games to lead the field.

Park Si Eun of KNSU, Korea trailed the Taiwanese spinner with another Korean, Ha Yeon Woo in third and Thailand's Thanchanok Vilailak closely behind. Huang remained in the lead despite a 170 in the fourth game.

Park reduced the gap slightly as Thanchanok and Ha could not make any impact. Huang bounced back with a brilliant 245 in her fifth game to extend her lead. Park also did well with 225 and the Thai 221 in an attempt to put pressure on Huang.

But the Taiwanese prevailed to end the finals with 182 and sealed victory with 1207. Thanchanok snatched second position with 1139, just one pin ahead of Park in third with 1138. Ha missed the podium with a third place finish on 1121.
